Continuing education and training of employees

1. Providing education and training for employees to improve the special skills and knowledge of the employees, then further enhance their work performance.

Each BU drafts the annual education and training plan based on the business objectives as well as the performance and competency gap of the organization and plans the new employee orientation, training based on levels and functions, general education/self-development or specific training for specific personnel according to the education and training method of the Company. We also establish a maintenance system for on-line education and training courses to encourage employees to participate in the training.
