1. Existing Suppliers
For existing suppliers, Wholetech holds a regular assessment every year to grade the quality, delivery time, price, and production yield rate. Wholetech increases the grading ratio of the abnormal quality treatment (accounting for 40%) to request the control unit to conduct timely warning and treatment. Thus, besides the regular assessment of the suppliers to award the quality supplier and eliminate the unqualified ones, we also require timely treatment of the abnormality in which the supplier and the Wholetech engineering team shall solve the problem immediately. For serious defects, the relevant department shall be convened randomly to hold review meeting and visit the supplier to supervise and improve the key material process whenever necessary.

2. Introduction of New Suppliers

We have strict assessment procedures to determine whether the supplier is capable of being the partner of Wholetech

1. The procurement department searches for qualified new suppliers based on the requirements of product production while investigating the supplier’s scale, credit status during the inquiry. After the scale, credit status and product quote all meets the requirements of Wholetech, we then require the supplier to provide a sample and submit to the Quality Control Department for quality certification.
2. The Quality Control Department will investigate whether the QSA (Quality System Audit), QPA( Quality Process Audit) and RoHS (Restriction of the use of Hazardous Substance) quality system control mechanism of the supplier meets the requirements.
3. The Wholetech team (Engineering, Procurement, and Quality Control) arranges with the supplier to verify whether the key processes and check items reviewed in the documents provided by the supplier comply with critical specifications and requirements.
4. The Wholetech team will conduct an on-site inspection at the new supplier’s production facility.
5. We will identify the supplier as a qualified new supplier if all steps mentioned above pass the review. Wholetech will conduct at least one spot check for the supplier each year in the future.

3. Declaration of Conflict-Free Minerals
In response to the appeal of large national enterprises and human rights groups regarding organizations that illegally enslave the minors to engage in the digging of noble metals (Gold, Tungsten, Tin, and Tantalum) in the Congo regions and nearby countries of Africa, Wholetech upholds the spirit of CSR to join the denunciation and require all suppliers to reject the use of conflict minerals

With the aim of zero accidents, zero injuries, and zero pollution, Wholetech has adopted the highest standards to review the safety and health conduct to protect the ecological environment of the earth and ensure the safety and health of the employee while creating the maximum benefits for the employee, supplier, contractor, customer, shareholder, and the public to achieve the vision of sustainable development. To enhance the supplier’s understanding and realization of corporate social responsibility, Wholetech works closely with the supplier and contractor in 5 aspects of laborer, health and safety, environment, management, and business ethics. The supplier must promise to comply with the “Environment, Safety and Health Policy” of Wholetech.

Besides providing a safe work environment for employees, Wholetech considers that enterprises shall cooperate with the suppliers to fulfill the corporate social responsibility and establish higher environmental protection, safety, and health standards for the entire industry. Wholetech actively communicates with the vendors to encourage them to strengthen the width and depth of management regarding environmental protection, safety, and health. With the assistance of the internal regulations of the Company, we hope to integrate the partners of the entire supply chain and make a contribution to corporate social responsibility.

6. Promotion of Eco-label Products
Wholetech encourages the use of office equipment and appliances, computers and peripherals, recycled paper for printing, recycled towel paper, and eco-friendly cleaning products with the eco-label.
